In the morning of 26 May 2015, the 2015 general meeting of Conch Venture was held at conference room 528, Wuhu Conch International Conference Center to review and vote for resolutions. The sharesholder representatives such as Mr Zhu Dejin, Mr Liu Yi and so on attended the meeting. Those shareholders who wouldn’t be able to attend the meeting by themselves had already filled the poxy forms to authorize the Chairman, Mr Guo Jingbin to act the voting right.
The general manager of Conch Venture Mr Ji Qinying, the independent non-executive director Mr Chan Chi on, the auditor from KPMG and other relevant stuff also attended the meeting.
8 resolutions were reviewed by the shareholder representatives, such as 2014 Report of The Directors, 2014 Annual Financial Report, The 2014 Final Dividend and so on. Those resolutions were appoved by voting.
The independent non-executive director Mr Chan Chi on put forward some advice about the Company’s development. He mentioned that in the Hong Kong capital market, investors holds the optimistic attitude to the Company’s future. Company should enhance the communication with domestic and overseas investors to make them understand the developing direction where the Company will head to. As independent non-executive directors of the Company, they will perform their functions well, on the basis of fully understanding the information of the Company, provide more reasonable advice. Wish the Company much bigger success.
At the end, the chairman Mr Guo Jingbin made the concluding remarks.
First of all, he showed his gratitude that shareholder representatives attended the meeting. He said, last year the Company had achieved remarkable results, net profits attributable to equity shareholders increased by 130% as compared with the corresponding period of the previous year, and this year the Company will make more efforts to achieve even higher target. Hoped that shareholders would pay more attention to the Company’s future. We will work hard, take advantage of the favorable policies, to make better returns to our shareholders.
