“The primary task next year is to fully deepen the reform on state-owned enterprises.” Yesterday, the meeting among SASAC and some central and local enterprises was held.
The new director of SASAC named Zhang Yi emphasized that state-owned enterprises need to be divided in light of different industrial fields, businesses, targets and market position to carry forward the reform effectively.
The diversified ownership is the point of the reform. Zhang Yi requested that next year the diversified ownership should be developed, and the reform on corporation system and stock system should be further pushed, and realise the whole listing conditionally.
On employment system, it is said by Zhang Yi that state-owned enterprises should take account of the modern corporation system to improve governance structure, add the proportion of administrative staff which to be selected according to the market, and to reseach the professional manager system.
In addition to reform, the economic operation is also a urgent task. SASAC brought up two measures, one is to accelerate the clearing up of the low and non efficient assets, the other one is to accelerate the adjustment and upgrade of the industrial structure.
One the other hand, government determined to eliminate the lagging capacity of some tranditional industries such as steel and cement.
It is revealed that the proportion of state-owned enterprises revenue in 2013 which should be submitted next year will be probably higher than that in current situation.
