On August 30, 2021, the seventh board meeting of the third session of Conch Venture was held in Conference Room 533 of Wuhu Conch International Conference Center. The meeting was presided over by Chairman Guo Jingbin, Executive Director and General Manager Ji Qinying, and Executive Directors and Deputy General Managers Li Jian and Li Daming attended the meeting on-site. Affected by the epidemic, independent non-executive directors Chen Zhian, Chen Jirong, and Liu Zhihua, non-executive director Chang Zhang Li participated in the conference remotely via video.
